Trying to purchase plantium ticcket
Terrible customer service. I’ve purchased a gold membership and it was not clear that I would not be able to use the guest passes in a one day trip to the park. Lost all my money and nobody addressed my problem. I have purchased the membership 4 days ago and I will not use it ever again. Also, I have spoken to multiple representatives that were rude and made me wait hours on hold, including one guy named Lukani.
