I have been an ally customer for over 5 years. A good customer. This is the THIRD TIME that Ally has thrown my bank account into overdraft AFTER I have called and was granted a deferment. I have incurred now 140 in bank fees for overdraft charges and I JUST spoke to you all LAST WEEK when u tried to take the payment out for a SECOND TIME. To my horror I looked at my account online and ally tried AGAIN even after an hour long conversation with you!!! I will he calling you at 7am.
I purchased Ally GAP coverage for $649.00 April 2019 when I purchased my vehicle. Unfortunately, February 13, 2021 the car was in an accident and deemed totaled. Progressive Insurance company paid $9694.81, leaving a small balance due to my Credit Union of $661.63. I contacted Ally Gap Coverage on April 1, 2021 was interviewed concerning the accident and began a Claim #44124888.
