I cannot get information on my case#. My phone is not accepting private calls and I cannot talk to anyone directly. According to Genisis (1-800-647-7261), I missed one earlier today and I am not sure they will try again. I have been trying to resolve this with my carrier and settings but not sure if it will receive. Private calling is normally associated with SPAM/SCAMS and not a great platform for customer service. HELP PLEASE!!
