How do I email the corporate office? Customer service will not help. Now when I call can’t get through. Car got repoed . Towing place won’t give me my tools , won’t answer phone. This department will not help me. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I lost a lot of work because of this situation. Everyone is passing the buck. These guys are the worst. I’ve spent the last hour trying to determine if my sister can assume the lease on a Civic as my 97 year old father can no longer drive. Sounds like an issue that might thought of addressing, no? If you think this is covered anywhere on their websites or that you can penetrate their telephone tree to speak with a live person you’d be wrong. I’ve been trying to call and make a payment, there is no longer the option to pay with my card automatically. I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to pay my payment. Good morning- I have been trying for months to switch my userID to my email as you’ve requested. I have had no luck and have held on the phone to resolve the issue many times, but the timeframe is hours to reach a representative. I’ve been paying my bill by phone, but now your website is not working to give me the local Florida number that automatically knows my account information. My statements are not being emailed to me or sent by mail. I really need some assistance, please.

Honda is the worst. Don’t ever buy a car from them. When my lease is up next year they will no longer get my business. I’m trying to limit the sharing of information. I have the form filled out, but the 800 number given is useless as no one answers. The message is always that “they are experiencing a high volume of calls.” Well, if you have so many calls to attend, you should hire enough people to answer customers’ calls. This is only one of the many things that Honda Financial Services does not provide customer service for. I truly regret getting financial services from Honda.

The worst custom service I have ever seen. For almost a year, they still have not sent my title to the state of MO to register my car as it is the required by the law of state of MO. Never be able to reach out to anybody who is helpful with my issue in the custom service. Would never buy a new car with Honda anymore!

I have been waiting for 2 weeks on a call from a Supervisor or Manager from Honda Financial services. I’ve created a ticket to have someone to call me back but nothing happens. I am doubting there is in fact a “customer service” department. I need to express my situation and problem to someone in charge. I do not know where else I can go or call or do. I am starting to get very disappointed with the Brand.
