Thank you for the mask…unfortunately, it listed the fabric content of the mask but neglected to state the content of the strap. As I am very allergic to elastic I am hesitant to wear it for fear of resulting in weeping sores wherever I it contacts my skin. Please contact me regarding this issue.

Humana has been utterly useless since I became a member in April of 2021. That is when my Medicare coverage started. I wouldn’t wish Humana on a Pedophile. Surely hell is a lighter sentence.
HUMANA DOES NOT KNOW WHAT DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT. THIS IS CAUSING A DELAY IN MY ELDERELY MOTHERS CARE SHE HAD A STROKE AND CANNOT CALL AND TALK TO THEM BUT THEY INSIST THIS IS THE ONLY WAY, IT IS UNIMAGINABLE THAT I HAVE TO PUT MY MOTHER THRU THIS IN ORDER TO GET HER THE CARE THAT SHE NEEDS.

I’ve tried calling customer service about this but nothing, I receive my prescriptions via mail and every time I open the package I get upset because the paperwork that is with them is printed one – sided. Why are you wasting so much paper and money? I’m sure whomever prints the invoice & drug notices have no idea. Please spread the word and get this paperwork 2 – sided.
