My son currently own a Realspace Mezza 62″ W L Shaped Cherry Chrome Item number 620475. He recently moved and the pieces that screw into the wood where the glass and the wood come together twisted out. Is there a way to get a pack of replaced hardware. Also the wood pieces are damage as well. Can they be purchased as well? Please advise. He is a firefighter and an EMT and has not had time to find out how he can get them replaced. We bought Realspace® Halton 48″W Computer Desk, White Item # 761590 from office depot. It took hours to assembly but at the final steps one of the part #19 is broken can we get the replacement part for that damaged part?
Our realspace desk lamp started smoking after 6 montgs of use. How do we get a replacement lamp or a refund? This is obviously a fire hazard. Luckily we were home when it started smoking.

I have a RealSpace Studded Chair Mat that has deteriorated. I asked at the store about the lifetime warranty and I was instructed to find RealSpce on the web and return through that process. My boss purchased a nearly 300.00 office chair in November, we just assembled it after our office move, last month. One of the wheels gets stuck and doesnt roll properly. ZERO help from Office Depot, I have tried calling an 800 number they gave me only to have a recording state that “this program is no longer available” I need assistance and you need to send me a set of wheels for this chair. Realspace® Magellan 59″W L-Shaped Desk, Gray Item# 822239 I have this desk and it just cracks and breaks apart so do not move it. Not to mention all the drawers are always off and you have to replace them on the roller and tape them shut. Also you cannot clean it because the paper that is on top of the wood just peels right off. i would love to get a replacement desk. I am so scared to move it even an inch for reason of it to fall apart.
I have a L-shaped desk with a hutch…but during a move I somehow am missing the corner piece…also probably need the hardware to the desk. Is it possible to replace this? Or should I buy a whole new desk?
I tried to file claim with extended warranty, however they say that I need to work with Manufacture Warranty. As parent of three kids, I’ve assembled lots of desks, tables, and other furniture from a variety of manufacturers. Hands down, the Realspake Valdi desk was the easiest to assemble. The instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow, and the components were engineered so that assembly was almost foolproof. By that I mean that similar components were made so they could be used in the front or back, left or right side.
